Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 1L is a fine grinding polish, machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminum oxide quality.

The intelligent grain ensures quick, complete removal of car wash scratches and similar signs of wear and tear and gives the paint a lasting deep shine.

Grinding marks from 2500 grit abrasive media are removed effortlessly.

Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideal for the perfect preparation of medium to heavily weathered paintwork.

Perfectly suited for processing scratch-resistant paints.

Gloss level: 7.0

Areas of application:

Paints on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Recommended use:

Apply Fine Cut F6.01 to the grinding medium (Fine Cut Pad) and polish the pre-cleaned surface to be worked on in a cross-cut motion at max. 2000 rpm.

The cleaning performance can be varied by pressure, abrasive medium and speed.

At the beginning of the grinding process, we recommend using higher pressure at a lower speed.

Then reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed.

Any remaining polishing residue can be easily removed with our professional ultrasonically cut microfiber cloth.

Any veils or polishing marks are removed using Micro Cut M3.02.
