K2 Roton is based on advanced technology for decontaminating iron particles (deironizer). In daily traffic, hot metal particles from brake discs settle on your wheels and "bake" on. Conventional car shampoos often cannot dissolve this bond.

The active ingredients in K2 Roton (based on thioglycolate) chemically react with these iron oxide particles. This creates a red complex – hence the name "bleeding wheel." Despite this enormous cleaning power against metal deposits, the pH is set so that rubber, plastics, and painted surfaces are not attacked. Yes, the cleaner is pH-neutral. This means it contains no aggressive acids or alkalis and is safe for painted wheels, chrome, polished aluminum, as well as rubber and plastic.

🚗 Can I also use the product on car paint?

Yes, technically K2 Roton is an iron fallout remover. For vehicle paint, however, we recommend specialized products or K2 Roton PRO, as its gel formula adheres better to vertical paint surfaces.

🍒 Does the cleaner really smell like cherry?
