Your shipping cost depends on the country you're ordering to and, for some destinations, the total weight of your cart. Car care products — especially liquids, larger bottle sizes and complete detailing kits — can add noticeable weight, which is why some zones are priced by cart weight. Austria, Germany and Zone 1 (Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary) use a simple flat rate below their free-shipping threshold. Zones 2–4 (the rest of the EU we deliver to) are priced by cart weight instead, so heavier orders cost a little more — but reaching the zone's free-shipping threshold always overrides the weight table and unlocks free delivery regardless of weight.
Free shipping is always calculated on your order value AFTER any discounts or promo codes, so the threshold you see below is the one that actually applies at checkout. These figures come directly from our shipping configuration, so if a rate ever changes, this page reflects it immediately — no outdated PDF or forgotten update.

How is my shipping cost calculated?
It depends on the zone your delivery country falls into. Austria, Germany and Zone 1 have a flat rate below their free-shipping threshold. Zones 2-4 are priced by your cart's total weight instead, unless your order value already qualifies for free shipping.
When do I get free shipping?
As soon as your order value — after any discounts — reaches the free-shipping threshold shown for your zone. This always takes priority over weight-based pricing.
