Nasiol - PPFGuard - PPF Film Ceramic Coating 50ml is a ceramic coating for all types of PPF films without altering their properties.

PPFGuard is a flexible ceramic coating that enhances the performance of paint protection films, protects the treated surface from various factors, and extends the surface's lifespan. It is applied in 2 layers with a very short waiting time between coats.

PPFGuard gives wrapped surfaces hydrophobic, UV-resistant, and easy-to-clean properties without affecting the physical characteristics of glossy, matte, and satin finishes. It prevents color fading caused by sunlight and does not alter the structure of self-healing films.

Application areas and surfaces:

• Nasiol PPFGuard is suitable for paint protection films (PPF) including matte and transparent polyurethane (PU), and high-quality PVC films.

APPLICATION:

1. For best results, ensure the application environment is as close as possible to the recommended temperature and humidity values (23 °C and 50% relative humidity).
2. Apply in a shaded area.
3. Only apply on surfaces that are neither too cold nor too warm.
4. Wash your vehicle thoroughly and gently. If necessary, polishing treatments with silicone-free products can be performed on suitable PPF surfaces.
5. Dry the vehicle thoroughly to avoid water droplets on the surface during application.
6. Remove dust and dirt from the surface before application using Nasiol Clean. Ensure the surface is completely dry.
7. Visually separate the application area or use masking tape. Do not work on a partition larger than 1 m².
8. Overlapping edges of partitions do not cause issues during application.
9. Shake the product gently before use. Carefully remove the cap. Place the small suede cloth on the applicator block and apply the required amount of product (depending on the size of the application area) onto the cloth. Close the bottle again to avoid air contact. Spread the product with the suede cloth in horizontal and vertical motions over the entire surface.
10. Using the included microfiber cloth, gently wipe off excess product from the surface within 30–60 seconds. Avoid creating swirls during this step. You can use a lighting system to ensure no product residue remains on the surface. Wait 60 minutes after applying the first layer, then repeat the steps for the second layer.
11. Keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water, and other contaminants during the curing time. Do not wash the surface with shampoo or detergents within the first 48 hours. The vehicle can be taken outdoors 24 hours after application.
