The blue Zvizzer Thermo Trapezoid Pad is the hardest and most abrasive polishing pad in the Zvizzer system. Combined with the Zvizzer PC 5000 Pre Cut Polish it delivers maximum cutting power for fast and reliable removal of deep scratches, sanding marks from P1500, and oxidized paint surfaces.

Maximum material removal thanks to ultra-firm foam

The pad uses especially hard, thermo-stable foam, which retains its structure even at high temperatures. This ensures consistent cutting with controlled machine handling – even on heavily damaged, hardened, or scratch-resistant paints.
