The special feature of this system is the simple "Sand & Coat" technology. You don't have to polish! The coating fills the sanding marks by itself.

  1. Preparation:
    Thoroughly clean the headlight (e.g., with car shampoo) and dry it. Carefully tape off the surrounding paint to avoid scratches. Put on the included nitrile gloves.
  2. Sanding (the most important step):
    Moisten the headlight and the sandpaper. Sand wet in the following steps until the surface is evenly milky:
    • Start with P500 (for heavy yellowing/scratches)
    • Continue with P1000
    • Finish with P2000
    Important: Keep the surface wet at all times during sanding.
  3. Cleaning:
    Clean and dry the headlight absolutely thoroughly. There must be no dust, grease, or water left on the surface.
  4. Application:
    Shake the bottle gently. Apply about 1-2 lines of the product onto the included applicator pad.
  5. Sealing:
    Wipe the pad evenly (horizontally or vertically) over the headlight. Do not use circular motions! The milky sanding appearance immediately transforms into crystal-clear transparency.
  6. Drying:
    Let the vehicle dry for 4 hours (no water, no direct sunlight, no dust). After 24 hours, the layer is fully cured against chemicals and abrasion.
