Application recommendation for ZR53:

To unleash the full power of ZR53, precision is key. Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Preparation: Wash the vehicle thoroughly. Remove all residues with clay bar and polish the paint to a high gloss to remove defects (the coating preserves the current condition!).
2. Degreasing: Clean the surface meticulously with a control cleaner (e.g., Nasiol Clean) to remove oils and greases. The paint must be "squeaky clean".
3. Application: Apply about 4-5 ml of the product onto the applicator pad/cloth. Always work on sections of about 1m² (e.g., half a hood).
4. Spreading: Spread the material in a cross pattern (horizontal, then vertical) without pressure until the surface is evenly wetted.
5. Flash off & removal: Timing is everything! After about 30 seconds (as soon as first beads form), start removing.
   - Step A: Gently wipe the surface with the first microfiber cloth in straight strokes to pick up excess material.
   - Step B: Immediately after, use the second clean microfiber cloth and polish the surface in circular motions to a high gloss until no streaks remain visible.
6. Curing: The vehicle must not be exposed to water, dirt, or direct sunlight for 24 hours. Full chemical resistance is achieved after 48 hours.

This bond provides extreme resistance against aggressive chemicals (pH 1 to 12). Whether acid rain, aggressive bird droppings, tree resin, or strongly alkaline cleaners in the car wash – the paint remains intact under the protective layer. Additionally, the coating blocks UV radiation, effectively preventing color fading (especially in red or solid colors) and yellowing of plastics.
