1. What car care products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of car care products including exterior, Polishing, Sealants & Waxes interior, Accessories, Microfiber cloths, devices, and of course our Set offers.
2. How often should I wash my car?
It is recommended to wash the car every two weeks to remove dirt and contaminants that can damage the paint. In cases of heavy soiling or adverse weather conditions, more frequent cleaning may be necessary.
3. Can car care products also be used in the home?
Some products can also be used to clean surfaces in the home, but it is advisable to test compatibility on an inconspicuous area.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card, invoice, PayPal, EPS transfer and Sofortüberweisung as payment methods.
5. Do I have to pay for the return of the goods?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of transport damage or defects in the goods, we will bear the return costs.
Technical questions
1. Can I use the products in direct sunlight?
It is better not to use car care products in direct sunlight, as cleaning products can dry too quickly and not be fully effective. Choose a shady place or wash the car when it has cooled down.
2. How often should I have my car sealed?
The frequency of sealing depends on the type of sealant, the use of the vehicle and the care. In general, a wax sealant should be checked and renewed if necessary every six months and a ceramic sealant once a year.
3. Can I drive through the car wash with a sealed car?
Yes, but keep in mind that car washes can cause wear and tear on the seal. For a long-lasting optical result, we recommend hand washing.
4. What is the difference between wax and sealant?
Wax provides natural protection and shine for the car paint, but has a shorter shelf life (approx. 3-6 months). A sealant, such as a ceramic sealant, offers long-lasting protection (up to a year or more) and is more resistant to environmental and chemical influences.
5. How do I remove odors from the vehicle interior?
To effectively remove odors, we recommend an ozone treatment in combination with a thorough interior cleaning and a change of the cabin filter. This helps to eliminate the source of the odor and make the interior smell fresh again.
6. Can I apply a ceramic coating myself?
Yes, it is possible to apply a ceramic sealant yourself, but it requires thorough preparation and precise application. Make sure the vehicle is clean and free of contaminants. Read the instructions carefully and apply the sealant in small sections.
7. Can I use car care products in a pressure washer?
Some car care products can be used in a pressure washer, but it is important to follow the product instructions and the pressure washer manufacturer's recommendations. For most products, we recommend mixing the concentrate in a bucket of water and applying it manually.
