How does it work?

Together with the Grit Guard Insert, this Grit Guard Washboard is the next step in proper washing. It features a vertical section of specially designed ribs to remove the finest dirt and particles from your washmitt, sponge, or brush. When you scrub the washmitt, sponge, or brush over the Grit Guard Washboard, trapped particles that could scratch your paint are released. The released dirt and sand sink to the bottom of the bucket, where the sand guard insert (we recommend this, please note it is not included) keeps it contained. Start washing right with Grit Guard!

Grit Guard Washboard & Grit Guard Insert

The Grit Guard Washboard works with the Grit Guard Insert in your wash bucket to separate grit from your washmitt, sponge, or brush. Please note this is not the Grit Guard Insert, as it lacks a flat surface to collect and trap dirt particles. Rubbing them against the Grit Guard Washboard removes contaminants from the washmitt, sponge, or brush. Using the Grit Guard Washboard together with the Grit Guard Insert ensures your washmitt, sponge, or brush is clean every time you refresh your water.
