K2 PRO FLUXO PRO 1L

The "Phoenix Effect" for your ceramic coating: Maximum regeneration & radiant shine

PRO DETAILING SERIES

Extreme cleaning power for coated paints

K2 Fluxo Pro is more than just a car shampoo – it’s a rejuvenation treatment for your vehicle. Specifically designed for the high demands of ceramic, quartz, and wax-coated vehicles, this acidic shampoo (pH ~4) deeply cleanses the paint from mineral deposits and "water spots." Experience how the original hydrophobic effect (beading) and deep gloss of your coating return – as if freshly applied.

Recommended use for Fluxo Pro:

To unlock the full potential of K2 Fluxo Pro, follow these steps for safe and effective application:

Preparation: The vehicle should be cool and parked in the shade. Never apply on hot paint!

  1. Pre-wash:  Rinse the entire vehicle thoroughly with a high-pressure washer to remove loose dirt.
  2. Mixing:  Prepare the wash solution in the bucket according to the intended use (see dilution ratios below).
  3. Washing: Wash the vehicle with a high-quality microfiber wash mitt. Work from top to bottom.
  4. Short dwell time: Let the shampoo work briefly to dissolve mineral deposits, but never let it dry.
  5. Rinsing: Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with plenty of water.

Optimal dilution ratios:

  • Regular maintenance wash: 10 – 50 ml per 10 liters of water (1:200 – 1:1000).
  • Intensive regeneration (Decon Wash): 40 – 100 ml per 10 liters of water (1:100 – 1:250).
  • Pre-treatment / Pre-Wash (sprayer/foam): 1:10 – 1:20 dilution for heavy contamination before hand washing.

Suitable surfaces:

K2 Fluxo Pro is safe and effective on the following materials:

    • Painted surfaces: Especially those with ceramic, quartz, or wax coatings.
    • Vehicle glass: Effectively removes lime spots from windows.
    • Wheels: For gentle cleaning of painted wheels.
    • Unpainted plastics: Safe when properly diluted, but drying should be especially avoided here.

What makes K2 Fluxo Pro special

Pro tip for detailers: Unlike conventional shampoos, K2 Fluxo Pro deliberately avoids "gloss additives" or wax components. Why? Because these could clog the fine pores of a ceramic coating (clogging). Fluxo Pro focuses 100% on the cleaning and opening of these pores. It’s the ideal "reset tool" when you notice your beading (water beading) diminishing, even though the coating should still be intact.

Detailed description of the regeneration shampoo

Car enthusiasts know the problem: Despite expensive ceramic coatings, the spectacular beading effect fades after a few months. The reason is usually not coating failure but mineral contamination of the surface ("clogging"). Lime from rainwater, road salt, and dust form a veil over the nanostructure of the coating.

This is where K2 Fluxo Pro comes in. As an acidic shampoo with a pH of about 4, it chemically breaks through this mineral veil. It "softens" the water during washing and dissolves inorganic contaminants that a pH-neutral shampoo cannot remove. The result is a reactivated coating that can breathe again. The hydrophobic properties (sheeting and beading) are restored, and the paint feels smoother and cleaner. It’s also the perfect pre-cleaner before applying a new wax or coating layer, as it leaves a chemically pure surface.

Frequently asked questions about K2 Fluxo Pro

🌧️ Can I use the shampoo for every wash?

For weekly washes, we recommend a pH-neutral shampoo. K2 Fluxo Pro is ideal every 3rd to 4th wash or whenever your coating’s beading performance decreases.

🛡️ Does the acidic pH attack my wax?

At the recommended dosage for "regular maintenance," it’s safe for modern synthetic waxes and coatings. Overdosing or pure application can weaken natural waxes (carnauba), which may be desired during a "reset wash" before reapplication.

🧼 Does K2 Fluxo Pro foam strongly?

No, it’s deliberately designed as a "low-foam" shampoo. Less foam often means fewer surfactant residues left on the surface. The cleaning power is chemical, not foam-based.

🏎️ Is it suitable for uncoated cars as well?

Absolutely! It’s an excellent cleaner to get the paint "naked" and clean before polishing or applying new wax. It removes deposits that would otherwise dull the shine.
