Ceramic Allround C0.02 is a ceramic coating and is used on many surfaces to provide long-lasting protection. The very thin protective layer bonds permanently to the surface through a chemical reaction. This chemical reaction is started by air humidity. Complete hardening is achieved after about nine days. Ceramic Allround C0.02 creates a very hydrophobic surface that has very good beading properties. Thanks to the easy-to-clean properties, the treated surface can be cleaned gently and easily by hand. The achieved shine is retained even after the use of acidic and alkaline cleaners. The hardened ceramic seal protects the paint from environmental influences such as UV radiation, road salt, bird droppings and rust and reduces mechanical damage, thus making a significant contribution to maintaining or increasing the value of the vehicle.

Areas of application:

Painted surfaces on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, mobile homes, caravans, boats, etc.

Recommended use:

Before the polishing and sealing process, clean or wash the vehicle thoroughly with alkaline detergent (e.g. with Green Star diluted 1:10, do not use sealing shampoos). For coarse dirt such as tree resin, rust film, tar, etc., pre-treat with cleaning clay, tar wash or similar.

Depending on the condition, heavily to moderately weathered paintwork is prepared mechanically using the coarse abrasive polish Heavy Cut H9.01 or the fine abrasive polish Fine Cut F6.01. Please refer to the product information for Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine Cut F6.01 for exact processing instructions.

The processing of slightly weathered paint and the removal of holograms after polishing with Heavy Cut H9.01 or Fine Cut F6.01 is carried out using the high-gloss polish Micro Cut M3.02 mechanically using an eccentric with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C). Completely remove polish residue with a professional microfiber cloth.

Wipe all surfaces with a clean professional microfiber cloth soaked in silicone and wax remover, applying little pressure, and then wipe again with another new professional microfiber cloth with your other hand immediately before drying. This is the only way to completely remove surfactants, drying aids, oils contained in polishes, etc. and avoid adhesion problems with the Ceramic Allround C0.02.

Attention: For sensitive solid or single-layer paints, silicone and wax remover should be diluted with water, preferably distilled water, in a ratio of 1:4 to avoid possible matting.

Polish any remaining streaks with another clean professional microfiber cloth without applying pressure. The paint should now have a scratch- and hologram-free surface under sunlight or a paint control lamp. After this step, the paint must no longer be touched with the palms of your hands/fingers (risk of adhesion problems, use gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for Ceramic Allround C0.02.

To apply, place the application cloth over the applicator block. Wet the entire surface of the application cloth with Ceramic Allround C0.02 and spread it quickly over the paint. A continuous film of liquid must be visible. After applying two cross-coats (two lengthways and two crossways), allow the product to dry for 1-2 minutes and then immediately polish with the microfiber cloth provided. First remove the excess and then polish with the fresh side of the cloth in circular movements from the outside to the inside without applying any pressure. Check the result with a paint control lamp to make sure there is no streaking.

Consumption per car approx. 15 - 20 ml

Important application instructions:

• Before use, please read the hazard warnings on the container or outer carton and take appropriate protective measures.
• Ceramic Allround C0.02 reacts with air humidity. This can cause crystals to form on the edge of the bottle when it is opened. If these crystals get onto the application cloth, the surface to be coated will be scratched. The crystals must therefore be wiped off with a cloth before the product is dripped onto the application cloth.
• If Ceramic Allround C0.02 becomes “tougher” during application, too little material was used and more material must be applied.
• For double coatings, a drying time of approx. 25 minutes should be observed after the first coating. The coating is weatherproof after 18-24 hours. Do not wash the vehicle for the first time until at least nine days have passed, as the sealant will only have fully hardened by then.
• Nevertheless, bird droppings and insect residues should be removed as quickly and carefully as possible within the first nine days. Cleaning agents with pH values ​​below 5 or above 12 should be avoided.

Vehicle washing:

To preserve the high-gloss ceramic surface for as long as possible, hand washing is recommended. For alkaline cleaning, use Green Star (diluted 1:10). For neutral washing, use Gentle Snow Foam.

Aftercare:

Professional aftercare preserves the ceramic coating and minimizes water spots. Therefore, after washing the vehicle, we recommend using ProtectorWax (diluted 1:100) as a wet sealant or Hand Wax W0.01 as a wax sealant. Please refer to the product information for exact processing instructions.
