Liquid Elements - A800 PICO - Mini Cordless Polishing Machine Kit is an innovative kit consisting of two different polishing machines for all hard-to-reach areas on the vehicle.

The A800-1 model has a straight polishing attachment with a collet chuck into which polishing cones can be clamped in order to polish very hard-to-reach places. Suitable for, for example, a honeycomb grill, door handles, ventilation grilles and all other tight spaces. The A800-1 can be operated with polishing cones or with an enclosed 25mm backing pad.

The A800-2 model is an even smaller version of the A1000 V4 and is perfect for carrying out the finest detail work. With the included 15mm and 25mm backing plates and the included matching polishing pads, even the smallest and tightest spots on the entire vehicle can be easily reached and perfectly reworked.

The power supply for the A800 cordless polishing machines is provided by an external battery which can be attached to the waistband, for example, using the battery holder provided. With the second battery, which is also included in the delivery, almost continuous operation is possible. Thanks to the battery supply and the compact design, the A800 polishing machines from Liquid Elements can also be easily transported in the trunk and used for spontaneous use in between.

Application

1. Clean the vehicle surface with a thorough hand wash
2. Knead the paint surface with cleaning clay and lubricant
3. Tape off parts that are not polished (rubber, plastic)
4. Use a suitable polishing pad for the respective attachment
5. Put a maximum of 1 pea-sized drop of polish on the pad
6. Carefully spread the polish in a 15 cm x 15 cm area (without turning on the machine)
7. Polish on level 4-5 using the cross-polishing method until the desired result is achieved
8. Remove polish residue with a microfiber cloth (without pressure!)
9. Grab the pad by the Velcro surface and pull it off

Notes

Make sure that the machine is not tilted during the polishing process, as this can lead to bearing damage.

Never operate the machine with too much pressure; approx. 0.5kg of pressure including the weight of the machine should be applied.

Protect the machine from contamination by polish residues, water, oil and other liquids that may be dangerous for the machine.

Store this machine in a cool, frost-free and dry place.

Batteries can be returned to the point of sale free of charge after use.

The end user is legally obliged to return used batteries.
