Application Recommendation

For the nano-particles to bond perfectly with the glass, correct application is crucial. Always work in the shade on cool surfaces.

  1. Cleaning: The glass must be completely free of oil, dirt, resin, lime, and water. We recommend pre-cleaning with Nasiol Clean or a high-quality glass cleaner followed by degreasing (e.g., isopropanol).
  2. Application: Spray the product directly onto the glass. Work in sections (approx. 20 sprays per m²).
  3. Spread & Polish: Wipe and polish the product immediately with the included cotton cloth . (Important: Do not use microfiber cloths for this step, as they might absorb the product before it bonds).
  4. Curing: Let the vehicle stand for 24 hours in a dry, dust-free, and shaded place so the coating can fully cure. (Touch dry after 3 hours).

Unlike many other coatings, Nasiol provides a special cotton cloth. Use this cloth strictly for application to achieve the manufacturer's guaranteed layer thickness of 75-100 nm. Microfiber cloths are intended only for later cleaning of the cured glass.

❓ Can I still wash my car in the car wash?

❓ Do I no longer need my windshield wipers?

Bin bisher begeistert

Ich konnte dieses Produkt bereits testen und bin bisher begeistert. Nasiol sagte mir vorher nie was, aber nun bin ich ein Fan der Marke. Es ist preiswert und super einfach zu nutzen. Einfach vorher die Scheibe reinigen und das Produkt auf die Scheibe sprühen und mit einem Baumwoll oder Mikrofasertuch verreiben bis es abgelüftet ist. Und sobald der nächste Regen kommt freut man sich, denn ab ca 70km/h (wohl aber je nach Auto ein bisschen unterschiedlich, cw wert und so) beginnt der Regen easy abzuperlen und man hat selbst bei Starkregen relativ freie Sicht. Mal gespannt ob es auch bis zu zwei Jahre hält, so wie es Nasiol angibt. Aber bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden, sei es die schnelle und einfache Anwendung oder auch der vernünftige Preis. Eine Sprühflasche reicht für mehrere Windschutzscheiben oder einmal komplett alle Scheiben rund ums Auto. Da mein Auto bereits damit versiegelt ist schenke ich das hier gekaufte Glass Shield einem guten Freund zu Geburtstag.
