Nasiol - PPFGuard - PPF foil ceramic sealant 50ml

Nasiol - PPFGuard - PPF film ceramic sealant 50ml is a ceramic sealant for all types of PPF films without changing their properties.

PPFGuard is a flexible ceramic sealant that increases the performance of paint protection films, protects the applied surface from various factors and extends the life of the surface. It is applied in 2 coats and the waiting time between coats is very short.

PPFGuard gives foiled surfaces hydrophobic, UV-resistant and easy-to-clean properties without affecting the physical properties of glossy, matte and satin surfaces. It prevents color fading due to sunlight and does not change the structure of films with self-healing functions.

Characteristics:

  • Ensures UV and chemical resistance for paint protection films.
  • Applicable to all types of films (matt, glossy and transparent).
  • Offers a service life of up to 18 months.
  • Super finish with high hydrophobicity.
  • The self-healing effect of the PPF film is not affected.
  • Recommended for professional detailers.

Areas of application or surfaces:

  • Nasiol PPFGuard is applicable to paint protection films (PPF) including matt and transparent polyurethane (PU), high-quality PVC films.

APPLICATION:

  1. For best results, ensure that the environment in which the application takes place is as close as possible to the recommended temperature and humidity levels (23 °C and 50% relative humidity).
  2. Apply in a shaded area
  3. Only apply to surfaces that are not too cold or too warm
  4. Wash your vehicle thoroughly and gently. If necessary, polishing treatments with silicone-free products can be carried out on suitable PPF surfaces.
  5. Dry the vehicle thoroughly to avoid water drops on the surface during application.
  6. Remove dust and dirt from the surface before applying Nasiol Clean. Make sure the surface is completely dry.
  7. Separate the application area visually or with masking tape. Do not work on a partition wall larger than 1 m².
  8. Overlapping edges of partitions do not cause problems during application.
  9. Shake the product gently before use. Carefully remove the cap. Place the small suede cloth on the block applicator and apply the required amount of product (depending on the size of the application area) on the cloth. Re-cap the bottle to avoid air contact. Using the suede cloth, spread the product over the entire surface in horizontal and vertical movements.
  10. Using the included microfiber cloth, gently wipe excess product from the surface within 30 – 60 seconds. Avoid creating turbulence during this step. You can use a lighting system to ensure no product residue is left on the surface. After applying the first coat, wait 60 minutes and then repeat the steps for the second coat.
  11. Keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water and other contaminants during the curing period. Do not wash the surface with shampoo or detergents for the first 48 hours. The vehicle can be taken outside 24 hours after application.
