Nasiol - XR03 50ml is a ceramic coating and the super formula against harmful influences such as acid rain, bird droppings, scratches, sunburn and poor washing techniques with just one coat.

It rejuvenates the original color of the surface and ensures an attractive appearance of the vehicle.

Surfaces coated with Nasiol XR03 achieve a highly hydrophobic surface and allow you to clean your car easily and with less time and energy.

Unlike other ceramic coatings, ZR53 only crystallizes at the nanoscale, not the non-nanoscale. It does not fully cure, but has a complex two-layer coating system that gives it a soft layer on the bottom and a hard layer on the top, ensuring maximum resistance and elasticity superior to other ceramic coatings.

APPLICATION:

1. To achieve maximum product performance, ensure that the temperature and relative humidity (RH) (+5˚C ~ +30˚C / 41˚F ~ 86˚F / 50% RH) of the application area are as close to the recommended conditions as possible. Avoid direct sunlight during application and work only on cool surfaces. Wash your vehicle thoroughly.
2. We recommend kneading the paint with a cleaning clay before polishing. The paint should then be polished to remove as few defects as possible.
3. Prepare the surface with Pre-Cleaner / IPA to remove any remaining contaminants.
4. Before using the product, wear the nitrile protective gloves provided. Place the suede cloth proportionally on the sponge surface of the applicator block. Shake the product gently before use. Do not work on areas larger than 1 m²/10 ft² at one time.
5. Open the lid and pour a substantial amount of product onto the suede cloth. 5-8 ml is enough for 1 m²/10 ft² area. Don't forget to close the lid during application. Discard or replace suede after use on 3-4 panel sections.
6. Gently spread the product over the surface using criss-cross movements. Once beading occurs (under normal conditions it takes 30 seconds), gently wipe the excess amount of product from the surface using the Nasiol microfiber cloth in linear movements.
7. After wiping the surface, perform the final polishing gently with the Nasiol microfiber cloth in circular motions for each section. Keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, dust, water and contaminants during the 24-hour curing period.

Areas of application:

NASIOL XR03 is applicable to paintwork on cars and transport vehicles, headlights, taillights, rims, black plastic and decorative surfaces. Do not apply this product to unpainted plastic parts, fresh paintwork (up to 3 months), poor quality paintwork, glass, textiles, tires and absorbent parts.
