The NEOWAX CoatingWax technology stands for easy processing and long-lasting Ultra Beading .

APPLICATION:

1. Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly (e.g. with NEOWAX ZERO)
2. (optional) Apply Primer NEOWAX No5 thinly, distribute evenly and polish
3. Put a small amount of NEOWAX No2 on a foam pad and apply to the surface in circular movements
4. Working panel by panel
5. Depending on the ambient temperature and humidity, polish after a few minutes with a clean microfiber cloth without leaving any residue

• After 3 hours of drying time, resistance to water and cleaning agents is present.
• After about 1 - 2 days, stability against alcohol-based cleaners is achieved.
• After about 1 week of curing time, stability against alkaline cleaners is achieved.
• Full performance is achieved after the first wash.

The story behind the wax

Our Wax Number 1, based on natural carnauba wax, montan wax, SiO2 and beeswax, is one of the best waxes in the world in terms of processing and shine. At the same time, there is room next to our Number 1 for a synthetic paint protection product that meets requirements for higher chemical resistance.

The goal

Number 2 should be easy for everyone to use and forgive mistakes. The carrier material was therefore changed from carnauba (“hybrid wax”) to a safe synthetic wax with a new formulation during development. The consistency of the wax is perfect and firm and buttery. An ideal and similar consistency to our Number 1 carnauba wax. The secret of №2 lies in the wax. It has none of the “disadvantages” of carnauba. The semi-permanent film that №2 forms is consistent and stably cross-linked. At the same time, №2 contains active ingredients with a high alkaline resistance. In a test, a detailer was able to show that hours of soaking with pure cleaning agent concentrate (pH approx. 12.5) did not damage the hydrophobicity of №2. The stability of Number 2 against cleaning agents - both acidic and alkaline agents - is at a top level. A new generation of wax. With easy processing, without fluoropolymers!

How does NEOWAX CoatingWax technology work?

Heavily used surfaces such as car paint are exposed to extreme environmental factors. Oils and gases are in the air on roads from vehicles driving ahead. Chemical cleaners from car washes or car shampoos are often aggressive and can seriously damage seals. The hydrophobicity and associated self-cleaning effects are lost. The № 2 forms a stable 3D matrix after application thanks to the tailor-made high-tech waxes and the latest active ingredients. The layer is activated in the first 24 hours after application and reaches its final stability in the first 7 days. It is therefore important not to wash the car during this time.

NEOWAX - CAR CARE WITH HUMANS AND NATURE FIRST

At the same time, it is always our goal that NEOWAX products are compatible with people and the environment. In order to keep up with the performance of high-tech products from our competitors, we cannot be an organic pharmacy, but must use existing high-tech materials skillfully and carefully. Therefore, there was no question that we had to be better than many of our competitors. Conventional coatings and “high-tech” waxes often contain polyurethanes, epoxy resins, mineral oils and fluoropolymers that are, in our opinion, not optimal. Hard solvents and fluoropolymers are, in our opinion, too and are replaced in the formulation of №2 by mixtures with "soft" chemistry. This advantage is not immediately visible and is often neglected. However, everyone who processes the product later will benefit from it.
