The ZviZZer Thermo Velour Pad combines the aggressive cutting power of wool with the safety
of modern foam technology. The distinctive orange thermo intermediate layer provides
stability and heat protection, while the white synthetic bristles remove even the deepest scratches from hard
paints.

Why this pad is unique
Aggressive scratch removal
The synthetic bristles offer tremendous bite. Perfect for removing sanding marks and deep defects on hard
ceramic paints (e.g. Audi, BMW, Mercedes).
Orange thermo layer
The colored foam core acts as cushioning and heat shield. It prevents polishing heat from penetrating and keeps the cut performance consistent.
Durability
Unlike natural wool, the synthetic fibers don’t mat as quickly and are significantly more durable in
continuous use.
Exzenter-optimized
Many wool pads only work on rotary machines. This pad was specially developed for the vibration of
Exzenter machines (Dual Action).
