Ceramic Allround C0.02 is a ceramic coating used on many surfaces to provide long-lasting protection. The very thin protective layer permanently bonds to the surface through a chemical reaction triggered by humidity. Full curing is achieved after about nine days. Ceramic Allround C0.02 creates a highly hydrophobic surface with excellent water beading properties. Thanks to its easy-to-clean features, the treated surface can be gently and easily cleaned by hand. The achieved gloss remains intact even after using acidic and alkaline cleaners. Once cured, the ceramic coating protects the paint from environmental influences such as UV radiation, road salt, bird droppings, and flash rust, reducing mechanical damage and significantly contributing to preserving or increasing the vehicle's value.

Areas of application:

Painted surfaces on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, motorhomes, caravans, boats, etc.

Application recommendation:

Thoroughly pre-clean or wash the vehicle alkalinely before polishing and sealing (e.g., with Green Star diluted 1:10; do not use sealing shampoos). For heavy contamination such as tree resin, flash rust, tar, etc., pre-treat with cleaning clay, tar remover, or similar.

Preparation of heavily to moderately weathered paint is done machine-assisted depending on condition using the coarse polishing compound Heavy Cut H9.01 or the fine polishing compound Fine Cut F6.01. Please refer to the product information of Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine Cut F6.01 for detailed processing instructions.

Treatment of lightly weathered paint and removal of holograms after polishing with Heavy Cut H9.01 or Fine Cut F6.01 is done with the high-gloss polish Micro Cut M3.02 using an eccentric polisher with forced rotation (e.g., Makita PO5000C). Please follow the product information of Micro Cut M3.02.

Completely remove polishing residues with a professional microfiber cloth.

Wipe all surfaces with a clean professional microfiber cloth soaked in silicon & wax remover using light pressure, then immediately wipe again before drying with a second new professional microfiber cloth using your other hand. This ensures complete removal of surfactants, drying aids, oils contained in polishes, etc., and prevents adhesion problems with Ceramic Allround C0.02.

Caution: For sensitive solid or single-layer paints, dilute silicon & wax remover 1:4 with water, preferably distilled water, to avoid possible hazing.

Polish out any remaining streaks with another clean professional microfiber cloth without pressure. The paint should now have a scratch- and hologram-free surface under sunlight or a paint inspection lamp. After this step, do not touch the paint with your palms or fingers (risk of adhesion issues; use gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for Ceramic Allround C0.02.

To apply, place the application cloth over the applicator block. Fully saturate the application cloth with Ceramic Allround C0.02 and quickly spread it over the paint. A continuous liquid film must be visible. After applying two cross passes (two strokes lengthwise and two strokes crosswise), let the product flash off for 1-2 minutes, then immediately polish off with the included microfiber cloth. First remove excess, then polish off in circular motions from outside to inside without pressure using the fresh side of the cloth. Check the result for haze-free finish with a paint inspection lamp.

Consumption per car approx. 15 - 20 ml

Important application notes:

• Before use, please read the hazard warnings on the container or outer carton and take appropriate safety measures.
• Ceramic Allround C0.02 reacts with humidity. Crystals may form on the bottle rim when opened. If these crystals get onto the application cloth, they will scratch the surface to be coated. Therefore, wipe off crystals with a cloth before dropping the product onto the application cloth.
• If Ceramic Allround C0.02 becomes "thicker" during application, too little material was used and more product must be applied.
• For double coatings, allow a drying time of about 25 minutes after the first coat. The coating is weatherproof after 18-24 hours. The first vehicle wash should be done no earlier than nine days after application, as the sealant is fully cured only then.
• Nevertheless, bird droppings and insect residues should be gently and promptly removed within the first nine days. Avoid cleaning agents with pH values below 5 or above 12.

Vehicle wash:

To maintain the high-gloss ceramic surface as long as possible, hand washing is recommended. Use Green Star (dilution 1:10) for alkaline cleaning. For neutral washes, use Gentle Snow Foam.

Aftercare:

Professional aftercare preserves the ceramic coating and minimizes water spots. Therefore, ProtectorWax (dilution 1:100) as a wet sealant or Hand Wax W0.01 as a wax sealant is recommended after washing. Please refer to the product information for detailed instructions.
