The ZviZZer PC 5000 Pre Cut sanding polish has been specially developed to restore extremely weathered paintwork. This powerful pre-sanding polish offers fast and maximum sanding performance thanks to its high abrasive grain content, ideal for removing deep scratches and sanding marks from a grain size of P1500.

Ideal for all paint types

Free of solvents and silicones and based on a water-based formula, the PC 5000 Pre Cut abrasive polish can be used on all types of paint, including fresh and scratch-resistant paint. It optimally prepares the surfaces for the subsequent application of HC 4000 Heavy Cut abrasive polish.

Maximum performance with hard polishing sponges

For best performance, we recommend using very hard polishing sponges with strong cutting properties. The combination ensures efficient and thorough reconditioning of the painted surfaces.

Instructions for use

For optimal results, distribute the polish evenly over the defect at a low speed (approx. 1,000 rpm), then increase the speed to approx. 1,800 rpm and polish the defect with light pressure.
