The 1K Nano Network bonds firmly to the paint and forms an extremely smooth, high-gloss, chemical-, UV-radiation- and abrasive-resistant paint sealant based on innovative reactive substances.
Special additives give the paint an extreme deep gloss.
Through the onestep process, the working time, compared to 2 component systems, is significantly reduced.
The paint is perfectly and permanently protected from adverse environmental influences.
Thanks to a unique easy to clean performance, insects, bird droppings and similar adhesions can be removed much easier.
The durability is about 1 year, but can be extended by a regular manual aftercare with NanoMagicShampoo (hand wash) or by aftercare with NanoMagic Twin Wax (car wash) as well as the recommended annualPaint inspection by a specialist to be extended up to 3 years!

Application

Fully cured paints on passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc

Recommendation for use

A. Basic cleaning

The vehicles Thoroughly alkaline pre-clean / wash (e.g. with Green Star, no sealing shampoos) before the polishing and sealing process. For coarse soiling such as tree resin, flash rust, tar, etc. Pre-treat with cleaning clay, tar wash or similar.

B. Paint preparation

1. Heavily to moderately weathered paintwork: depending on the condition, machine the paintwork with Sanding Polish Heavy Cut or Fine Sanding Paste (see product information Heavy Cut and Fine Sanding Paste). Remove residues completely with professional microfiber cloth*.

<2. lightly weathered as well as after point 1. treated paints (hologram removal): high-gloss antihologram polish machine by means of eccentric with forced rotation (eg Makita BO6040) and antihologram sponge orange process (see product information high-gloss antihologram polish). <3. apply new (hologram and scratch-proof) polish.erfreie) as well as paints treated according to point 2.: From here on, use suitable gloves. Wipe all surfaces with a clean professional microfibre cloth* soaked in silicone & wax remover with little pressure and wipe with another new professional microfibre cloth* with the second hand directly before drying. This is the only way to completely remove surfactants, drying aids, the oils contained in polishes, etc. and to avoid cross-linking problems of the 1K-Nano. Caution: For sensitive solid or one-coat paints, Silicone & Wax Remover should be diluted 1:4 with water to avoid possible matting. Polish the last streaks with another clean professional microfibre cloth* without applying pressure. The paint should now have a scratch and hologram free surface when exposed to sunlight or a paint control sodium vapour lamp. After this step, the lacquer must no longer be touched with the palms/fingers (risk of cross-linking problems, use gloves).t be. The surface is now perfectly prepared for the nano sealing.

C. Lackversiegelung

1. To process the 1K nano, observe the recommended ambient temperature of 15-30 ° C.. Absolutely in a closed hall, not in the open process and cure.

2. Aluflasche shake well shortly before use and decant into the supplied plastic bottle (75ml). This amount is usually enough for a medium-sized vehicle. If the application quantity is too small, the sealing quality will suffer. Sealing only on fully cured (please note below) painted, surfaces apply.

2. 1K-Nano ideally by machine (Especially for single-coat and dark uni paints, the machine application is strongly recommended!) by means of eccentric without forced rotation on slow speed and finish sponge black, alternatively manually by means of sponge soft (999038) without pressure absch.Apply in sections (max. 1 component: hood, door, fender, etc.). Polish for approx. 2-3 minutes and keep applying fresh sealant. During the polishing process, draw closely overlapping strips several times to ensure comprehensive cross-linking and to avoid cloud formation (uneven colour deepening). After these 2-3 minutes, do not apply a fresh sealant and polish until a coherent film without dripping.

3. Wait another 2-3 minutes and polish the now completely dried film manually with a clean professional microfiber cloth* to a high gloss.

4. After approx. 1-2 hours of reaction time, the sealant is cured, creating a chemical-resistant and abrasion-resistant long-term seal. Any streaks (excess product) are caused by the reaction process and can be removed after the curing time by means of a professional microfiber cloth * or ben eliminated by the first vehicle wash (after 3 days at the earliest).

Notes

Caution: Do not use on fresh refinish paints! Repainted surfaces require a curing time of approximately 6-8 weeks before the sealer can be applied. Original manufacturer's paints on new vehicles can be sealed directly. Ensure good ventilation and fresh air supply during application! Due to the reactive components, 1K-Nano is stored in a high-density aluminium bottle. Pour any residual quantities back into the aluminium bottle immediately after use, close immediately and always store upright. The shelf life is about 1 year after opening.

(999241), as lower quality cloths contain finishes such as fabric softener, silicone derivative, etc. and thus prevent cross-linking on the paint. Always use several clean cloths in order to ensure a gooderschleppung of residues and thus undesirable cross-linking disorders to avoid.
